CONSULTING EXPERIENCE 2016: Trained and lectured Health facility Personnel on Efficacy and Quality control Aspects of saraya hand disinfectants at Fair way Hotel during a conference on Hand Hygiene organized by Saraya East Africa u ltd on 5th May. 2015: Trained intern students with Quality related Aspects during their two month industrial Training at the factory in June-August 2015: Co-authored the development of procurement procedures and guide lines for laboratory related Equipment at Saraya Manufacturing u ltd. WORKING PROFILE: JULY 2014 – To Date Quality Control Officer Saraya Manufacturing (u) Ltd. Saraya Manufacturing (u) ltd specializes in production of public Health Hygiene Products ie Disinfectants and Toiletries RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensure that the appropriate validations including those of analytical procedures and calibrations of control equipment are carried out. 2. Establish, implement and maintain the quality systems. 3. Ensure the finished products are tested and examined according to the quality control guideline determined by the company and make sure that their quality is always up to the company’s specifications. 4. Accept or reject the products if they don’t meet the company’s quality standards. 5. Customer complaint handling; Ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions based on the results of the investigations are identified and implemented. 6. Maintain an up-to-date documentation including SOPs, change control systems and procedures and report any deviations to Quality Assurance Manager for authorization 7. Check quality levels of production area and equipment. 8. Monitor housekeeping and maintain maximum hygiene and environmental standards 9. Periodic review of all quality functions and procedure for appropriateness and validity 10.
