I Gerald Balaba Alireki, hereby submit my cover letter. I am a 34-year old male Ugandan with a B.A. Social Science degree of Makerere University. I currently work with Living Goods as a Regional Field Operations Manager. I have previously worked at Uganda Breweries Limited as a Customer Relations Representative. I have also previously worked at Airtel and Warid Telecoms as a Territory Sales Manager for two years and earlier as Customer Care Advisor for two years.

I am passionate about Strategic Management, Field Operations, Strategic Partnerships, Sales and Distribution, Marketing, and Customer Care and therefore have no doubt that I can add lots of value to any organization, playing a pivotal role while at the same time leveraging on the undoubtedly big exposure that a big thriving Organization gives to any individual. My current role at the Not for Profit NGO, Living Goods involves managing the Operations and Performance of quite large teams that provide one of the most highly efficient model of Community Health, specifically focussing on Maternal Health and U-5 children. The model also specializes in global health, economic development, community health, poverty alleviation, and public health. Given the hands on experience I have acquired in the different roles I have performed in my career thus far and therefore would bring the same lessons and experiences into any role if given the opportunity.

By virtue of my excellent communication (both written and oral) skills, and my outgoing, flexible personality, I am a competent facilitator. I relate cordially to people of diverse backgrounds and hence form an excellent team player with due respect to professional ethics and workplace conduct.
