I am a Ugandan Female citizen with 10 years of Procurement experience, holder of a Master’s Degree (MBA) from the ESAMI (Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute), holder of CIPS Graduate Diploma from Chartered institute of Purchasing and supplies United Kingdom both at level 6(six) and level 4 (four), a member of Chartered institute of Purchasing and Supplies (MCIPS), Bachelors of Arts with Education(History and Economics) from Makerere University, Certificate in Advanced Goods and Equipments by ESAMI funded by World Bank and certificate in selection of individual consultants by World Bank and a training in Social, Economic and Political Sustainable Procurement from ITICILO Italy facilitated by World Bank and International Labour’s Organisation and training in procurement, Contract management and monitoring by DTI, a training in Procurement Auditing and a certificate in Training of Trainers by Adam Smith International.

I have been able to successfully procure several high value contracts involving engineering works, consulting and non-consulting services as well as goods and supplies funded by World Bank, ADB,EU and BADEA, with continuous hands on-experience on public procurement and extensive international sourcing exposure using both donor funded procedures and PPDA guidelines and procedures.
