Am Phionah Asiimwe .
I have been at National Water and Sewage Corporation (NWSC) working primarily as Billing Officer graduate trainee in the billing section, I have gained experience in customer care services, complaint management, I have a well-earned reputation in customer service and following up on clients for the payment of outstanding invoices which have fallen due or are becoming due for payment. This experience, in addition to my previous work at NISH AUTO LTD as marketing Executive, has given me knowledge and perspective in client mobilization, developing profitable sustainable business relationships.
Am a graduate of Bachelors in Business Administration majoring in Finance from Makerere University Business School (MUBS) and I successfully completed my internships (first and second phases) at NISH Auto LTD and National Water and Sewage Corporation (NWSC) respectively, I have excellent communication, negotiating skills, administrative skills and good knowledge of MS office suite, I am someone who is committed to process improvement and who continuously strives for better results.
