HRM ROLES 1. Direct and coordinate the development of HR policies and procedures to ensure effective management of Human Resources 2. Develop and recommend operating budget for the Human Resources function and ensure department operates within budget allocations which includes making expenditure adjustments during the budget cycle as appropriate to ensure efficient funds management 3. Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records, including personnel action forms, timesheets, contracts, and consultant agreements. 4. Manage all training programs for the organization for example Customer Care training, Basic Front of House Training, How to improve employee productivity, Health and safety among others 5. Review and revise Job Descriptions to ensure that they are up to date and complete. 6. Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classification, merit increases. 7. Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure that we always have the right employees for the right jobs at the right time. 8. Payroll management and administration (ensure that accurate information reflects in the payroll database) 9.
