• Routinely monitor the performance of Contractors on site and to ensure that Engineering constructions, installations are executed in accordance with drawings and specifications and that the standards of work and the materials supplied by Contractors are as specified in accordance with the Contract. • Ensure that a consistently high standard of quality control and supervision is maintained with due regard to building and health and safety legislation • Offer adequate feedback on the performance of Contractors, in form of weekly, monthly and quarterly site reports. • Keep detailed records of various aspects of the work, put together in regular reports for the Project Manager • Share details of any significant events including any serious deficiencies in health or safety performance observed while on site. • Attend and report to pre-Contract and site meetings
