Project Task manager at MONUSCO DRC

 Key contact Person for the ongoing MONUSCO DRC Project based at their HQ in Lubumbashi. Attending meetings and airing out possible ways to handle Facility camp management at the MONUSCO Sites in Lubumbashi.  Actively managing and Co-coordinating all logistics modules for the MONUSCO DRC project. Provide efficient logistics support for all modules used in FCM  Harmonizing all the communications between MONUSCO EBB and MONUSCO DRC & M&N Head Quarters in Kampala as well as troubleshooting in case of any issues arising  Co-coordinating with M&N Cleaning and Fumigation Services senior management on matters concerning the DRC UN project. Availing weekly reports, Accountability files and Budgets for operational projections.  Active Managing of all the Human Resource matters to do with Recruiting, Inducting, Training and evaluation of employees that are under this sector of cleaning within the MONUSCO project in DRC. Successfully conducted monthly trainings and reports submitted to the stakeholders.

Regional Project Field officer at Living Goods Uganda

• Created and strengthened Government relations with the Organization through Acquiring letters of Authorization to conduct mapping exercise from District authorities as well as Liaising with District officials and/or partners for approvals or signing MOUs (if needed) and coordinate with Director-Health Government relationship management. • Over 80 sites were screened and selected for the organization’s potential new Branches and I recommended the viability for the Organization’s model establishment. This has favored the scaling plan of the organization to serve over 20 million people in rural communities by 2020. • Mapping of villages of the selected area/region and ensure all administrative activities are documented and reported effectively.
