I ensured that all passengers are given receipts, observe employees performing assigned duties to note their department, treatment of passengers and adherence to company regulations and schedule, ensuring that the serial numbers on the receipt are in line with the ones in the receipt books, making journey reports and sending them to the managers, report disruptions to service, determine need for change in service, investigate schedule delays, complaints and accidents. Monitoring the bus conditions and writing down it’s state and lastly approving the expenditures made by the conductor and hence signing on the expenditure sheet.
