• Deputizing Country Director on issues of organizational management and administration • Team leader of mid-term plan team • Supervise department heads, viz; community development, awareness raising, advocacy, youth development, M&E as well as cooperative development. • Track and monitor milestones of organizational mid-term plan • Couch department heads in leadership, project management and organizational administration aspects • Identify weaknesses of department heads and provide technical support to improve their performance • Identify problems or issues in community development, analyze them and come up with appropriate solutions • Develop and implement project quality management system to ensure value for money for each community development project • Establish and implement monitoring and evaluation systems, plans and tools for specific projects • Develop and coordinate public relations plan for the organization. • Ensure effective networking and partnerships with other development actors • Ensure financial discipline and proper accountability of mid-term activities • Develop, manage and control mid-term plan budgets. • Plan and ensure that implemented projects are sustainable. • Periodical review of mid-term plan and action re-planning. • Supervise 4 community multi-purpose cooperative activities • Review mid-term plan monthly, quarterly and annual management and financial reports • Ensure effective communication among staff both at affiliate office and head office, donors and other external stakeholders • Coordinate organizational surveys and any other research work.
