Sara has been involved in provision of human resource consultancy services. She is a human resource specialist with 7 years’ experience in human resource and change management practice both in Uganda and in the East African region.
Sara has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Her work experience is focused in areas of executive recruitment, job analysis and job evaluation and grading organizational surveys (e.g. cultural, client satisfaction, and salary surveys), human resource audits, change management, organisation structure reviews, review of HR manuals among others.
Throughout her career, Sara has been involved in the implementation of a number of successful projects for several entities including; Movit Products Limited-Job Analysis and Job Evaluation, Central Bank of Kenya-Organisational Development Review),Uganda Revenue Authority (Organisational Cultural Diagnosis, and Change Management for Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solution), Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (PPDA-Change Management for implementation of electronic government procurement), Centenary Bank (Change Management for Core Banking System change), Review of Organisational structure for Movit Products Limited among others.
