Procurement Officer at Uganda Law Society

a) Assist in the development and establishment of all Uganda Law Society procurement contracts for the good and services in accordance with the Contracts Act, 2010. b) Prepare Local Purchase Orders. c) Organize procurement activities and processes, including preparation and conduct of request for quotations, invitations to bid or requests for proposals, the opening and evaluation of tenders. d) Coordinate contract negotiations, prepare request for award of contract for the review and approval of relevant authorities. e) Oversee, supervise drivers at Uganda Law Society head office and manage their schedules. f) Supervise support staff and oversee their duties. g) Assist with asset management. Identify assets during the course of procurement.
