Lwanga Tom is a very vibrate leader in Information Technology & Computing (ICT) industry and has practiced more than 5 years, 3 of which in leadership positions such as Head Technical Support and MIS/IT Manager. Tom moved ASA Microfinance (Uganda) Limited to Dynapharm Guinea Sarl (Guinea Conakry) in November 2014 as IT Manager, being appointed as MIS/IT Manager (West African Region) in November 2014. While at Dynapharm Guinea Sarl, he designed a new Distributor Management system with a group of more 6 people which is used all throughout Dynapharm West African region.
