Prepare and file supporting documents like attendance lists, distribution lists, training reports, etc. for all accounting transactions in compliance with WVU financial guidelines and manual. • Participate in development of technical programme/ADP budgets and ADP quarterly plans. • Attending staff trainings aimed at building staff’s capacity on developing and using a log frame and project documents as well as sharing experiences on best practices of implementation and documentation across all the Area Development Programs (ADPs). • Prepare petty cash and other vouchers (using Voucher Interface) and submitte to the cluster Program Accountant for posting by end of each week. • Prepare and participate in discussion of the financial report with programme/ADP team on a monthly basis and guiding the teams on coming up with accelerated implementation plans. • Maintain complete/updated stores records and items (stock cards, bin cards, good received notes, stores requisitions and returns books, delivery notes and way bills in accordance with WVI/WVU policy and sharing with the programme accountant on a weekly basis. • Verifying and noting materials delivered before their entry into the store. . • Entering quarterly output monitoring data into the system for analysis. • Entering Registered Children’s (RCs) monitoring data in Single STEP to produce quarterly monitoring report.
