Responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services (entering M&E data) in order to ensure effective , efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations in compliance with the Generally accepted Accounting Principles and financial by-laws, policies and procedures Responsible for overseing and managing all administrative and financial functions of the Project: Financial and accounting services, financial reporting , budgets development and management , financial analysis , monitoring and utilisation of funds to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures as well as donar requirements Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that project finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner. Manage and control organisation’s assets, stocks and inventory, prepare and update the asset register, carryout stock taking and preparation of stock records. Oversee the maintenance of project assets and their safe custody, prepare asset usage reports of motor vehicles, motorbikes and generators. In conjuction with the logistics officer, carry out timely procurement of goods and services in accordance with the donar agreements and organisation regulation. Provide effecient and effective office management: Order office supplies and keep proper and up-to-date records, manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
