Human Resource/Administrative Duties and responsibilities 1. Calculate Sunday Overtime for all permanent employees 2. Collection of all overtime books, downloading attendance from the bio-metric machine, calculation of overtime for all permanent employees in their respective departments. 3. General update of the payroll using Microsoft excel in the absence of the Human resource officer. 4. Banking of Salary for both mid and end month for all permanent workers in their respective banks 5. Payment of daily transport, lunch and supper to employees, making of accountability for daily cash expenses and collection of money from finance department 6. Monthly update of employee personal files, bio-data information, and NSSF records 7. Carry out induction and Orientation of new recruits 8. Counting of food coupons and weekly payment of food vendors 9. Entry of data from various sources into the system 10. Compiling of periodic reports and ensuring timely submission to Human Resource Manager. 11. Carrying out internship placement activities like induction program and other follow up activities. 12.
