• Supporting the governance arm of the organization • Spear heading the procurement function as well assets management • Leading the development, review, interpretation and implementation of the CHAU Human Resource, Administration and ICT policies, procedures and systems and ensure consistency and harmony with the CHAU standards, contemporary HR Practices and national labor legislation • Developing and implementing the departmental and units plans that in line with the CHAU Strategic plan, annual plans and priorities • Developing and leading the implementation of frameworks for recruitment, selection, induction and orientation processes in line with organization requirements and contribute to the development and execution of a plan for acquiring and developing key talent • Developing and implementing performance management systems including facilitating feedback and development plan processes • Lead the implementation of initiatives to align CHAU’s Strategy with the organizational structure as well as strengthening organizational effectiveness from an OD perspective • Lead and coordinate the maintenance of CHAU assets in line with the Finance Policy • Participate in Management meetings and make presentations to the Board, advise on optimal resource utilization and strategic decision making and follow up and report on agreed action points in line
