• I was required to make Out bound calls to MTN customers regarding their Sim card registration, ask them to register again in case their documents are not clear. • Also, required to verify Customer’s Registration forms and Identification cards as required by the Uganda Communication Commission. • Sorting out customer’s documents according to the status they are in for example Registration complete, Pending registration and partially registered. • I was also required to make sure that the MTN customer is fully registered and that means registration complete to avoid the customer from being terminated.
