I am an enthusiastic and high achieving IT professional with a bachelor of Information Technology (First Class) from Makerere University.
I have exceptional technical and analytical skills with over 3 years experience in software n hardware maintenance, databases and information systems support and security.
In my previous roles, I have performed installation and configuration of software and hardware; and have worked with both Linux and Windows environments. I have helped clients onsite and remotely and have demonstrated a keen ability to troubleshoot and solve problems accurately and within a limited time period.
