This includes; • Writing appointment request letters to different organizations. • Organizing branding materials for sales drives in different places. • Doing presentations in different organizations to sale UBA products. • Bridge Communication between management and DSAs • Ensure proper KYC is done on all visa cards sold. • Filling all the visa card forms brought in to the bank. • Compiling reports for commission payments for DSAs. • Ensure realization of prepaid card sales each DSA to bring in per month. • Monitor cards signed on to ensure that they are active. • Issue daily, weekly and monthly performance reports • Offer exemplary customer service, Ensure effective and timely customer service delivery, resolve customer complaints and escalate within 24hrs should first level response fail. • Provide feedback on effectiveness/review of current customer process. • Contribute to the effective launching of new products to ensure favorable market response and optimum build up of revenue. • Ensure that the bank’s regulatory authority policies and guidelines are complied with at all times. • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing customers, establishing their needs and attending on suitability of services.
