• Jude qualified as an Information Technologist in January 2010 from Makerere University. Upon qualification as an information technologist, he worked with Makerere University-Faculty of computing and information technology as the vetting officer where he got skills in analyzing, compiling, entering, processing and disseminating streams of data/information into various computer application programs. He joined Electoral commission Uganda as the Display Officer charged with the responsibility of displaying the national voter’s registrar. He then joined Institute of corporate skills in the city of Kampala as the administrative assistant where he trained and got experience in administration and management. He also got experience in IT Support, systems management in the Information Technology department. He trained with the Telecom’s group of company (Warid Telecom Uganda by then) in customer based management systems, telesales, communication, customer care and general awareness of the telecom sector where he was involved as part of a team in advising on IT systems, advising on customers, letting customers know about the products and services, and advising on areas of improvement in the then warid telecom. Jude also worked with Netcom International Company as the IT Support officer and marketing executive and worked on a project with Uganda National Roads Authority in the documentation department as the IT Support and IT Documenter. He worked as a classroom teacher with Kaberamaido comprehensive secondary school teaching English language and computer studies. Jude worked with the ministry of internal affairs partnering with electoral commission Uganda in the national ID Project as an enrolment officer phase 1 and update exercise phase 2, and also worked as a national ID issuance officer. Jude is currently a classroom teacher in Katine secondary school teaching English language. He is also an e-registration officer and he helps in IT support.
