Customer Care Officer
My name is Ogwal Albert Ejon and possess a Bachelor’s degree in Microfinance. I am a Ugandan and in good spirit and sound mind.
I have a very good experience in Microfinance and had the opportunity to train with the Uganda Prisons Sacco where I obtained invaluable knowledge in the Microfinance industry. I also currently work as a Customer Relations Officer with Auto Lighters (U) Limited and learnt how to handle customers from all walks of life. Auto Lighters deals with car importation from Japan and I have gained expertise in terms of client handling, Custom Clearance and Driving.
I have excellent Computer skills in Microsoft word, excel, access, PowerPoint, Internet and email. I am familiar with all office equipment as well. I am a creative, innovative person, adoptive to challenges and open to working with others to set goals of any organization. possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have the ability to work under pressure, capable of working with minimal supervision, and also self-motivated. I am fluent in spoken English, Kiswahili, Luo and Luganda. I am a team player as well and very reliable in team success.
