 Receive and regester new cases from right bearers and ensuring that they have required documents and ensure that FLRT is drawn with clear analysis and recomendation on the next caourse of action.  Organise and carry out clan commitee trainings.  Carry out mediations for cases recieved for especially for trained clan commitees as a way of follow up to resolve the cases.  Support in the IDRC work and impact assessment through data collection and data entry.  Monitor and help in the planting of boundary trees and drawing of sketch maps as campaign to prevent land related conflicts.  Distribute the PPRR books and other LEMU Policy briefs in workshops, clan commitee’s trainings.  Drawing Workplans, consepts and budgets as well as reporting.  Attend and participate in staff meetings and other working groups as required,Act as the front desk officer to welcome and attend to visitors between 8:30am to 5:00pm on working days.  Receive and record all incoming calls, outgoing and at the request of colleagues, make external calls and connect the colleagues to the recipients of calls.  Registers/file, documents and organises incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mails, packages and personally delivered messages)  Ensure the reception area; the office and the building compound are clean, tidy and welcoming by supervising the cleaner.
