Job Description & Roles
Personnel Officer
Prepare the staff payroll
Prepare staff contracts
Handle employee Discipline and grievances
Maintain Occupational Health and Safety Standards
Maintain the attendance Register
Filing returns with URA and KCCA
Manage day to day personnel operations
Maintain Personnel Files
Perform Job evaluations and Appraisals
Client Relations Officer
Receive and attend to walk – in clients and any other stakeholders
Establish and deepen relationships with clients and providing exemplary support as their primary contact
Proactively anticipate customer needs and suggest recommendations
Communicate frequently with clients on updates, information, concerns and suggestions
Identify opportunities for potential up sell opportunities.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Minimum Qualifications
Degree (Business related)
Experience and Skills Required
Minimum of two years experience in a similar role
Proficiency in written and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Articulate with a great attitude
