General Summary:

The Assistant Project Coordinator is responsible for efficiently coordinating and managing all facets of large-scale installation projects, drivers, vehicles, and related activities. This role involves supervising staff, preparing KPIs, ensuring installation materials and tools are accounted for. The primary objective is to ensure the department’s operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the department and the company.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination and Management:

  • Efficiently coordinate and manage all aspects of large-scale installation projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.

Staff Supervision:

  • Supervise and guide staff members to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project guidelines.

KPI Preparation:

  • Develop, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement in line with the human resource department.

Material and Tool Accountability:

  • Oversee the accountability and proper usage of installation materials and tools to ensure uninterrupted project progress.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Work to enhance operational efficiency within the department, aligning actions with the organization’s goals and objectives.
