I am a female Ugandan aged 35 with a Bachelors Degree of Arts in Social Sciences (major in Administration), Diploma in Theology and An Administrative Law Certificate from The Law Development Centre of Uganda. Certificate in implementation of the UN security resolutions on the women, peace and security agenda in Africa and Certificate in Principles and Guidelines of UN Peace Keeping Operations. I have working experience in Administration, Banking (collateral management and credit risk and administration), Social work, Research and with working knowledge of procurement, filing systems and records management.
Currently working as a Credit administrator in a Micro-finance which involves managing all credit and legal risks before disbursement of any loan and ensure all loans are fully compliant to our policies and Bank of Uganda. Supervising 2 people in charge of registration of securities, filing all legal documentation, and disbursements of loans. I have also worked as a collateral registration officer in the bank for over 5 years and I have proven myself with integrity and gotten 3 promotions in the same job grade. I am a multi tusker, flexible and very quick in every activity that I perform. Availability, reliability, integrity and objectivity are some of my basic skills while carrying out duties at work and on a personal basis. I am very organized and focused with time management skills which I use to beat deadlines. I have very good typing skills, communication and networking skills; I easily learn and can adjust to any working condition while prioritizing tasks according to their urgency and materiality.
