As you will see from my CV, I am currently working with Opportunity International Microfinance Tanzania as IT Manager. Having worked within IT industry for over 9 years, I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet the expectations for the role of any IT vacancy post. My skills and experience include but not limited to systems performance monitoring, delivery channels system development and integration, online payment, ensuring IT SLA’s are delivered according to specifications across the organization, training users for new software applications, customer data analysis, planning, organizing and implementing project, documentation and report writing, create and manage user profile on Microsoft Exchange Server, Linux server, windows servers, manage quality of services delivery into the organization, systems backup, business continuity plan, disaster recovery plan and execution.
