Human Resource Assistant
I am a 28 year old lady with a passion to see employees more engaged and motivated at work as well as incorporating human resource management with the new digital age as millennials are increasingly joining the workforce/place. There should be a balance between meaningful work and work-life balance to improve on employee engagement so as to have more productivity. And for the millennials, they should be integrated with the older generations as the workplace identifies digitally induced changes in attitudes, behaviors and expectations of these young employees.
My first degree was a Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship and Project Planning and i have acquired a bit of experience and skills with the projects i have worked with such as questionnaire administration, data entry and analysis as well as monitoring and evaluation. As a project administrator I realized project staff were in some cases disengaged and complained about not being motivated. This is what motivated me to go into Human Resource Management.
My very best skills are monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, customer care and i also have good communication skills, good computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, power point and statistical package-SPSS) and am flexible and very approachable person.
